I grieve with the people of Newtown, Connecticut.
I have no words.
Thankfully, my friend Dr. Lisa Marotta does.
Her blog entry is entitled Helping Your Child Weather the Storm of Tragedy, but it is good advice for helping adults make it through as well.
As Lisa said, "Be courageous in your comfort."
